Home Inspections for Sellers
Pre-Listing Inspection Overview
A Pre-Listing Inspection is a detailed visual inspection of the subject property performed in the same manner and level of detail as a buyers inspection. The key difference is in the timing of the inspection. By performing the inspection prior to listing the property for sale, the Seller creates a more logical order in how inspection findings are addressed. This gives the seller control.
Save Time and Reduce Stress
A Pre-Listing Inspection allows for a more sophisticated, less stressful experience in selling a property by offering time, options for report revisions/accuracy and the input, if needed, of additional professionals. Often, sellers will find less renegotiation, fewer surprises and an increase in buyer interest/confidence. In many cases, this all adds up to faster sale!
This service gives Sellers and Sellers Agents the ability to stand out from the crowd by offering forward-thinking sophistication, differentiation, and added value to the real estate transaction.
